Sheena maldivesExclusive 14-day Maldives safari

Explore the most southerly and untouched reefs of the Maldives as part of an exclusive 14-day Maldives safaris aboard the Sheena liveaboard.

Following the success of the first two-week safari in July, Werner lau are offering this new itinerary from 22 March 2009.

Divers will visit unexplored reefs, thilas and kandus in the Meemu, Thaa, Laamu, and Gaafu Alifu Atolls. The Meemu Atoll is already becoming well-known for its frequent encounters with whale sharks and mantas.

One particular adrenaline rush during this safari is the crossing of One and a Half Degree Channels (Huvadhoo Kandu) – a broad expanse of water separating the Laamu- and Gaafu Alifu Atolls.

At present, the reefs in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll are entirely uncharted and have the potential to deliver some exciting diving. This is Maldivian diving at its best!
