It was one of those diving days, with the wind gusting up to force seven. I was diving with Peter Nicolaides (one of Jacques-Yves Cousteau’s Calypso buddies) looking at wreckage from a 2,000-year-old wreck in a shallow, protected bay on the Greek island of Paros in the Aegean.
