Apparently Dominica has been dubbed the ‘Nature Island’, which immediately made me a little sceptical. Was this just a marketing ploy to give the island an identity? As I flew towards Dominica in a small inter-island hopper plane, a lush green island nestled amid a sparkling Caribbean Sea blinked into view. This didn’t look like any marketing ploy to me.
